With the 2014 wedding season underway, we are relishing in the fact that every weekend we get to witness one of the most special days in our couple’s lives. With seven seasons under our belt, there’s a pretty good chance we will often visit the same beautiful venues as well as work with some of the same wedding professionals (by now they’ve become familiar friends!)…however, it’s the couples who are unique and make our job interesting, fun and memorable. One couple I am referring to is Halley and Norm. Halley and Norm were recently married at St. Peter’s Church followed by a gorgeous reception at the newly renovated Union League of Philadelphia. Their first dance was literally out of movie- beautifully choreographed down the last dip. It’s Norm’s reaction to Halley walking down the aisle that got us the most though…. take a look!No comments
New Years may have come and gone but, we are still celebrating on our blog!
We had been counting down to this wedding for weeks for a bunch of reasons. First, these two might be one of our friendliest and most genuinely fun couples-immediate
families included. Second, it was a fabulously long day spent filming with my husband Gabe. Every once in a while he comes out for a shoot and this was one he
didn’t want to miss (after all, we technically got to spend the holiday together!). And third, we spent the day with some terrific wedding professionals-
The Please Touch Museum, Brulee Catering, Joe Craig Photography and Merissa Lynne Events, LLC.
I just had to start this highlight film at the “end”…the ball dropping was the icing on the cake that had to be shared first. No comments
Happy Holidays Friends! We’ve found just the right highlight film that’s perfect for this time of year…Allison and James’ wedding day was one we’d been waiting for -for a long time! Allison’s mom discovered our work several years back and she said, “When one of my daughter’s is engaged, you are on our list!”. The day finally arrived this past November and wow, what a spectacular day it was! The love and support from family and friends was contagious. The details- perfect and personal. And the love between these two- amazing for us to capture. It was one of those weddings where you are looking in your lens and thinking, “How lucky are we?”. Many thanks to the talented Bambi Cantrell (your work is gorgeous), Radnor Valley Country Club and EBE.
Engagement season is near and so are all of our wedding film deliveries…reviews on Blossom’s outstanding service and style can be found on Wedding Wire.
We had a terrific summer season and while we are sad it’s over, FALL is our busiest time. Ever since we started Blossom Productions seven years ago, it seems the fall season has become more and more popular for weddings. So not only are we busy filming but, editing our masterpieces in time for holiday deliveries.
Take a look back at one of our summer highlights - Meg & Mike’s wedding at Congress Hall in Cape May. We had the pleasure of working with our friends at Proud to Plan, Joy Moody Photography and CTO, 5th Avenue. No comments
“This is amazing!! Thank you so much, we LOVE it!! Cannot wait to see more :)”
- A happy bride
For this particular wedding, the reception took place on the gorgeously transformed grounds of the family home. Spectacular details and designs aside, it was evident that no other place was as perfect to hold a wedding celebration.
Jennifer and Brian’s nuptials were held at the St. John Baptist Vianney Church in Gladwyne. As always, our wedding industry friends are to credit for creating such beautiful style and scenery - Makeup by Aleksandra, TableArt, Eventions Productions, EventQuip- and thank you to Lynda Barness of I Do Wedding Consulting and Susan Beard of Susan Beard Design.
It is always amazing to see two people, so in love, joining their lives together. What’s even more precious is that everyone they’ve invited to their wedding will be under one roof to celebrate and witness the couple’s love for each other.
Before Brooke and Tom’s celebration even began, Blossom Productions was by their side as they got ready for their big day. We were able to capture unforgettable moments of family and friends helping Brooke and Tom prepare for their wedding.
Take a look at this highlight film…there’s nothing more precious than witnessing four generations come together and capturing it for our couples forever. A great grandmother rocking her grandson? The sound and moving image from that scene alone speaks volumes.
They were a joy to work with and we are so happy for them!
Brooke and Tom’s ceremony was held at St. John the Baptist Church, their reception was held at Rivercrest Golf Club, and their flowers were from Petals Lane. A full dance floor & great sound- thanks to DJ Adam Moyer of Silver Sound Entertainment.
Thanks to Alyssa Maloof Photography-it was a pleasure working with you.No comments
Spring is here! There’s no better way start off our favorite season than by accepting an invitation to participate in the 2nd Annual Garces Bridal Open House held at JG Domestic in Philadelphia.
Inside the main entrance of the Cira Center, attendees sampled an array of spectacular and delicious dishes hosted and provided by Garces Group and Garces Catering. Event FX, TableArt, Susan Beard Design, Volume Hair Studio, Priscilla Costa (Gowns), Robertson’s Flowers, Love Me Do Photography, Petals Lane and many other talented, event industry professionals showcased their talents at this sold-out event.
If you would like to treat your guests to food they’ll never forget at your next event, definitely consider Garces Catering. Here is a peek of this event- (check out the skyline view of Philly!)…
“When your children find love, parents find joy”- one of our favorite quotes from the Father of the Bride’s toast. So begins the romantic story of Lindsey and Matt as told through their highlight film. We were thrilled to be “guests” again at The Franklin Institute - from the choreographed bridal party dance (you must check it out!) to the planetarium wedding ceremony, this was one stellar event.
Thanks to our dear and very talented, colleagues and friends- Gina Sole (The Wedding Planner) and Alison Conklin of Alison Conklin Photography- working with you makes the day even more special.

Imagine if you could marry the love of your life at the place where your story first began…For Allison and Chris, this wish came true with their ceremony at the beautiful St. Thomas of Villanova Church ,Villanova University, followed by a reception at The Union League of Philadelphia.
We had the pleasure of working with…

When I edited this piece, how could I not open the story without including one of the most unique gift exchanges we’ve ever seen?
This was one couple who not only was head over heels for each other, but, knew capturing the event on video was at the top of their list. Onsite from Blossom were Adam and Christian-filming the details, emotions and slightest of nuances-all that go by in the blink of an eye. While all of these aspects are important, it’s the people we want to make sure we capture best. After all, we feel privileged to be “let in” to such a special day.
Thank you again to The Phoenixville Foundry for having us -terrific working with Robert Ryan Catering as well. So dazzled by Anne & Rich Photography that we requested to include some images within in this post. Always love seeing the photographer’s perspective of the day.No comments
